Free after school tutoring opportunites are available for all middle school band students (grades 6-8).  We try to foster an atmosphere of peer encouragement and coaching.  High School Band students lead tutoring sessions with middle school students.

 

Woodwind Tutoring is Tuesday from 3:15-3:45.

Brass Tutoring is Thursday from 3:15-3:45.

 

Be sure to sign up for text alerts (instructions can be found in the HMS Band Handbook) for reminders and possible cancellations of tutoring sessions.

 

 

Remember, each student needs to have:

-A clean, working instrument

-Valve Oil, Slide Grease, Slide-O-Mix, or Cork Grease (depending on your instrument)

-A Cleaning Kit

-Reeds (Clarinets and Saxophones)
